About Chef Jonathan Reyes:
Born in Monterrey Mexico, Jonathan and his family moved to Colorado when he was 10 years old. He began working as a dishwasher at the age of 15 and just kept on going. After going back to school in his late twenties, he graduated from Johnson and Wales with a Culinary Degree. Jonathan and his sister in law Payton started a apron company called Vintage86 aimed at making fashionable and affordable aprons for the industry they have devoted their life to. Jonathan currently works at By All Means in Billings, MT.
